     A.    Pengertian dari Kecerdasan Buatan ( Artificial Intelligence)
Kecerdasan Buatan atau Artificial Intelligence merupakan salah satu bagian ilmu komputer yang membuat agar mesin (komputer) dapat melakukan pekerjaan seperti dan sebaik yang dilakukan manusia. Dengan kata lain merupakan kecerdasan yang ditunjukkan oleh suatu entitas buatan.

     B.     Manfaat Kecerdasan Buatan Bagi Dunia Bisnis
Dalam suatu perusahaan, kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence) bermanfaat dalam berbagai sub bagian perusahaan tersebut salah satunya digunakan dalam bagian keuangan. Biasanya bagian keuangan menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi  Krishang General Ledger versi 4.0. Krishand GL 4.0 merupakan software akuntansi versi terbaru keluaran dari Krishand Software dirancang agar mudah dipelajari dan dioperasikan namun lengkap dengan fitur-fitur yang mampu memudahkan pekerjaan dengan harga kompetitif. Selain itu kecerdasan buatan digunakan oleh suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keuntungan yang lebih besar demi meningkatkan daya saing dengan perusahaan lainnya.

     C.     Dampak Negatif Kecerdasan Buatan Dalam Dunia Bisnis
Bagi kelompok orang yang menentang adanya kecerdasan buatan percaya bahwa dengan adanya kecerdasan buatan, akan terdapat beberapa dampak dalam kehidupan manusia. Mesin-mesin yang memiliki kecerdasan buatan dapat mengurangi jutaan kesempatan kerja manusia. Selain itu juga terdapat ketakutan bahwa sistem kecerdasan buatan ini termasuk robot, Manusia akan menjadi malas dalam melakukan sesuatu karena banyak pekerjaannya sudah digantikan oleh kecerdasan buatan. Sistem dasar dari kecerdasan buatan ini juga telah meningkatkan ketakutan bahwa mesin-mesin dapat menambah jumlah kerusakan.
Memang benar bila komputer dengan dibekali kecerdasan buatan kini dapat menerima dan memproses input-input yang bersifat simbolik, namun sampai saat ini, kecerdasan buatan ini belum mampu untuk memahami betul perasaan manusia. Kecerdasan buatan (AI) saat ini hanya dapat mengetahui perasaan seseorang dari ekspresi wajah manusia yang ia tangkap, namun belum mampu mengetahui apakah ekspresi wajah itu benar-benar menggambarkan perasaan manusia itu atau hanya berpura-pura. Inilah satu hal penting yang tidak dimiliki AI yaitu perasaan atau insting. Dan terkadang, pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan benar-benar sistematis tidak selalu berakibat baik dan ada kalanya suatu pekerjaan akan mencapai hasil yang optimal bila dalam prosesnya juga melibatkan perasaan atau insting.
